Please note:
Outside of the high season -weeks 26 tru 36- there are no table d'hôtes!

The prices are including bedclothes but excluding towels.
Towels are available to rent towels: € 10.00 by person per week.
Baby parcel: chair, cot and bedclothes: € 30.00 per week.

After departure the gîtes are cleaned. There is a charge for this of € 35.00 for all gites except Chardonnay € 45.00.

The rental period is always from Sunday up to Sunday.

Upon reservation an advance payment of 50% of the accommodation price is asked. We will contact you closer to your booking for the balance.

Cancellations
The following costs apply for cancellations:
• longer than 3 months for arrival: advance payment 100% returned minus € 100.00;
• 3 months for arrival: 50% of the accommodation expenses;
• 2 months for arrival up to the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation expenses.
The annulment conditions apply also when you modify a part of the reservation (for example: you book for 2 weeks and decide modify this later in 1 week).
